KNESTEL has developed custom operating and control electronics for vacuum packaging machines that, as an integrated HMI solution, combines operation, display, and machine control functions into a single compact electronic system.
The solution is based on a modular electronics platform and is designed for use in machines with multiple operating modes and sensor-based process monitoring. It supports the integration of current sensors, pressure sensors, and power electronics, thereby enabling the mapping of typical process steps in vacuum packaging applications. The user interface is designed for direct and clear user interaction and includes multiple button functions as well as a segment-based display for process visualization. The electronics are designed for installation in compact machine enclosures and are scalable to different device variants.
The hardware and software architecture is designed to adapt to various machine configurations and supports both basic and advanced functionalities.
Among other things, the assembly should also be capable of performing control and regulation tasks.
