Our new automotive NDIR Bench for PTI-emission testing sets a new standard in gas analysis: completely “Made in Germany,” highly precise, and available starting at just €299. The testing bench meets the requirements of OIML R99 Class 00 and offers reliable measurements of CO, CO₂, and HC, including O₂ —all without any moving parts. Optionally, the system can be expanded to include NOx measurement (NO/NO₂), making it optimally prepared for future test regulations.
Thanks to its modular design, the NDIR sensor is particularly easy to service, quick to clean, and extremely resistant to moisture ingress – ideal for long-term use. With USB, RS232, and RS485 interfaces, the system can be easily integrated into existing test benches, devices, or software environments.
